Love, Over Easy is a comic about a young person who’s head is an egg, a magic punk rock jacket, and a series of misfortunes. You could also call it a super off kilter Humpty Dumpty retelling.

I paginated a 20 page comic and took five pages to final for a open submission to Silver Sprocket, and indie comics publisher out of San Francisco. While sweet Eggsy was rejected, this project was a testament to fast turn around, from devising narrative to final pages.

Eggsy is also a testament to fun, analog, garbage-pail rendering styles. It heavily utilizes collage and multimedia.  I approached the project will the intent to reflect that DIY will-I-ever-not-be-fucked-up  mentality of your early twenties and scene culture.
